1. Product Integrity & Craftsmanship
At Chiben Ventures, we offer two main catalogs: organic food items and artisanal woodwork:
- Organic Provisions: Our food items are sourced naturally in small batches. Exact weights, colors, and textures may vary slightly between harvesting periods.
- Handcrafted Woodwork: Each piece of woodwork is uniquely carved. Natural characteristics of wood—including grain lines, bark inclusions, knots, and slight seasonal expansions—are intentional artistic elements, not defects.
2. Order Placement & Confirmations
Our cart submission system acts as an order request. Since our items are artisanal and subject to availability, order requests do not constitute a binding sale until one of our administrative team members explicitly contacts you via **Email, Phone, or WhatsApp** to confirm stock availability, verify delivery routes, and finalize pricing.
3. Shipping & Delivery Logistics
We ship locally within Port Harcourt and across Nigeria using approved logistics partners. Delivery fees are calculated individually based on package dimensions, weight, and shipping location. Chiben Ventures is not liable for transport delays caused by courier services, weather, or local regulations.
4. Payments & Cancellation Rules
Payments must be processed using the accounts or methods confirmed by our team during order verification. Once an order status is marked as **Shipped** or **Delivered**, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. For customized woodworking orders, payment deposits are non-refundable once carving work begins.
5. Limitation of Liability
Chiben Ventures shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. We make no warranty that food batches or custom woodwork will match display photos precisely, due to the nature-driven materials used.
6. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to review or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our site following updates indicates agreement to the modified terms.
